How much does pressure washing cost in Victoria?
It depends on the size and how much moss and grime has built up. Most residential driveways and patios are a few hundred dollars. Commercial and strata jobs are quoted per site. Send a photo or fill in the quote form and I'll give you a firm price, usually the same day.
Do you need to use my water?
Yes. I hook up to an outdoor tap for the job. You don't need to be home as long as I can reach the tap and the area being cleaned.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or pavers?
Not when it's done properly. I adjust pressure and distance for the surface: exposed aggregate, broom-finish concrete and pavers each get handled differently. If your paver joints are already losing sand, I'll point it out before I start.
How long does it take?
A typical driveway or patio is done in a few hours. Larger properties and strata jobs are scheduled to keep walkways and entrances usable.
When is the best time of year to clean?
In Victoria, fall and spring are the busiest times. Cleaning before the rainy season cuts down on slippery algae all winter, and a spring clean gets rid of what grew over the wet months. I work year-round whenever it's dry enough.
